Dismal sound quality ruins otherwise good content

2 stars because a couple of videos are available free of charge, and because the information itself is solid. Loss of 3 stars because of poor sound quality and it is not accessible to the hearing impaired (and in this day and age, thats really not excusable).

The sound quality on these videos is absolutely dismal. It is without a doubt some of the worst audio Ive experienced. The narrator has extreme dynamic range to his voice: sometimes hes almost whispering, and swallowing his words, and then suddenly he gets very loud. It is really difficult to follow.

Magoosh is inaccessible to the hearing impaired for three reasons. The sound quality and poor narration make it impossible for me to hear (I have moderate loss). There are no subtitles. The narrators face is not visible (so I cant lip read).

The one thing this has been useful for is to convince me not to fork over $170 for the premium version. Sad and unfortunate, really, because the content is good.
